Once connected to our network every user is provided with an application form that contains parameters for setting the LAN adapters and e-mail clients(programs).

In case one does not have the document with the parameters (application form) It can be received by contacting our techinical support using the following number 013/301-925


The required process of filling in the parametres is shown below:

Click the Start button using the left mouse button. Choose the Settings option and then enter the control panel.

If you are using Windows XP style click Start and then Control panel

Once you are in the control panel section, click the Network Connections icon using the right mouse button, then choose the Open option

Click on the Local area connection icon using the right mouse button, and then choose the Properties option.

Using the left mouse button, click on the Internet protocol (TCP/IP), then choose the Properties option.

Mark the circle (option) next to which it says Use the following IP address, after that is completed, enter the parameters from the application form into the IP address, Subnet mask and Default gateway fields.

Mark the circle next to which it says Use the following DSN server addresses and enter the parameter values as they were given in the application form (DNS1 and DNS 2) into the Preffered DNS server and Alternate DNS server fields.

Using the left mouse button click the OK option .

Once the entire fifth step is completed, the setting of your LAN network card should be finished!
